Tonight would have been the Iowa High School Music Association's All-State Music Festival in Ames, IA. While the event was unable to take place this year, the honor of being selected for this chorus does not change.
On Oct. 24th, Brenna Buckman was selected as an Alto 1 and a member of the Iowa All-State Chorus, an honor which only 600 students around the state earn in a given year. Out of all 1A-4A accepted schools for the Chorus, roughly 6.83% of those were 1A. Central was one of those on the list.
In order to become a part of the All-State Ensembles, it takes countless hours of preparation, hard work, diligent practice, and perseverance. This is an honor that is truly earned. Brenna represents Central this year as a part of this renowned Chorus. Congratulations to Brenna on this prestigious honor!

Great news Warrior fans! All home games that take place at Central Community School are now FREE to watch on the NFHS network. All you have to do is sign up and you will be able to view all home Warrior sports live.
