The girls regional game scheduled for tonight in Elkader against Dunkerton has been postponed to tomorrow night, February 13, beginning at 7:00.
The boys district basketball game for tonight at Midland has been postponed to tomorrow night, February 13, beginning at 7:00.
The JH boys basketball game scheduled for tonight against MFL MarMac has been cancelled and will not be made up.
Central will be closed Tuesday.

The boys district game for tonight has now been postponed for tomorrow night at 7:00 PM at Midland. If you have any questions, please call 245-1751.
Due to forecasted weather, tonight’s Boys District Basketball game at Midland will now start at 5:00.
Blood Drive at Central on March 1st starting at 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
The Central School Board will discuss changes to the school calendar Monday morning. If anything changes I will send out that information.

With road conditions improving we will hold all after school activities as scheduled. Please read yesterday’s post about admission to tonight’s games.
A decision on after school activities will be made today around 1:00 PM. All of these tough decisions are made with our students best interest in mind, with safety being the top priority.

Important details on admission for tomorrow’s basketball games: The Varsity boys game vs MFL is a regular season game and activity passes will be accepted. The Varsity girls game vs Starmont is a postseason game and we are not allowed to accept activity passes. All spectators will be required to leave the gym after the boys game and renter for the girls postseason game.
Admission to the boys regular season game will be $5 adults/$4 students.
Admission to the girls postseason game will be $6 for Kindergarten-Adults.
Central Community, we are looking for a picture of the 1969 Girls State Champion Softball Team. Please contact the district office if you have one.
