In this role, you will work side-by-side with our school counselors and social workers to provide vital academic and behavior interventions. You’ll be a crucial part of our proactive support system, helping K-12 students build essential skills, improve attendance, and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide interventions: Implement academic and behavior strategies.
-Support student well-being: Reinforce social-emotional skills and positive behaviors.
-Monitor progress: Collect and track data on attendance, behavior, and academic trends.
-Collaborate: Work within a problem-solving team to support coordinated student plans.
