It's Match Day - Good Luck Warriors!

Good Luck Warriors!

These students in the LEAD class (Learners Empowered, Action Driven) showcased outstanding leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities throughout their project with the Central Preschool Teachers. These young women stepped up to the challenge with enthusiasm, applying the skills they've been developing to create something meaningful.
They were productive, adapting to challenges as they arose and working together to find solutions. Communication and teamwork were key as they completed the task at hand, all while fostering a sense of empowerment and responsibility.
In every step, these girls exhibited the very qualities that LEAD stands for—empowerment through learning and driven action. We are incredibly proud of their dedication and growth.
Well done, ladies! You truly embodied what it means to be leaders in action.

Fourth graders had their second Junior Achievement lesson with Ann McCorkindale. They were assigned a region and created businesses based on the resources of that region.

6th grade students brought materials from home to compete in an insulation contest for our Thermos Unit in Science. The craziest insulation that was brought in was dog and goat hair!

A reminder Senior orders through Herff Jones are due Jan. 15th. These are options for seniors and their families to purchase items they would want. Please return orders in an envelope to Mr. Wiley.

Central Warriors play at home tonight! Best of luck!

Central Community,
The public hearing for the District Calendar will take place on January 20, 2025, at the regular scheduled school board meeting, starting at 6:00 p.m. Building principals have met with their leadership teams and we are currently working on revisions to the draft. We will post the revised draft once finished so the community has a chance to review it ahead of the hearing.
