The Central Warrior Volleyball Team will travel to Monona tonight! Good luck, Ladies!!!

5th graders ventured out to Clayton Center, IA today to Keith and Linda Campbell's Pollinator Garden where they met Lynne, their daughter who is the Extension Educator Specialist III with ISU Outreach. The garden was full of pollinator plants that help migrating insects and other pollinators on their way to Mexico for the winter. The plants give them the food they need to continue on their journey south. Students were able to locate and identify plants and different pollinators in the garden. They also learned why pollinators like bees and butterflies are necessary for our crops to produce food for us. Thank you to Keith, Linda and Lynne Campbell for a great day of learning!

Look at those smiles!
Thank you to Jerry and Wanda Brink from Our Farm Meats for grilling the local brat patties for lunch today. Recently, students also had local apples from Bilden’s Apple Orchard and cabbage, watermelon, and cantaloupe from the Iowa Food Hub.

Central Community FFA Soils Evaluation Team is competing at the NE District Soils Evaluation CDE at Hawkeye Community College today! Good luck gentlemen!

coaches are very thankful for all that help makes it happen!
