Tonight's basketball game at Postville will remain as scheduled.
We have checked the weather forecast and have spoken to neighboring schools about their decisions as well. We feel all students and spectators can safely travel to and from Postville. That being said, it is winter and we have received precipitation. The Elkader Police Department has encouraged drivers to slow down.

Central Guardians, We are seeing an increase in lunch account balances. Today we will be reminding students that if they are $10 or more negative they can not get extras or ala carte items. I will be following this notification with phone calls to accounts that are more than 30 days past due.
