A Warrior Reminder - Scott Obermann is coming to Central, THIS THURSDAY! This event is open to the public and we encourage our Central families to attend. Scott will be presenting his Character Construction Assembly presentation. This program brings a positive message, highlighting the six pillars of character - Trust, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship. Using magic and ventriloquism, combined with audience interaction, Scott will bring a better understanding to our students on why the world is in need of people with strong character, why the world needs people who can hammer out differences and drill down to the core of the problem. We invite all of our Central families, parents and grandparents to join us for what should be an exciting hour of entertainment, learning and fun!

Testimonial Tuesday - From time to time, we receive feedback from people who have recently been provided great guidance and support or experienced something worth mentioning. Promoting positive experiences is something we feel should not only be focused on, but shared with all of you. Today's testimonial was shared with Central's Business Manager, following last night's elementary music concert. If you have recently had an experience that you feel is worth noting, please email administration and share what positive impact has been made on your student and or family. We always enjoy hearing about these experiences!

How many know that Central CSD has it's own coffee shop? Central Perk is operated by Clayton County BEST students and is open to staff and students on Wednesday and Friday mornings before school. Recently they have designed an updated logo and menu and we hope to showcase what they have to offer a little more next week. Pictured here are Ms. Hayzlett, CCB student Caitlin and a frequent customer, Mrs. Lechtenberg.
