Tonight's Baseball game at Ed-Co has been cancelled due to the projected forecast and poor field conditions.
It has been rescheduled for June 28th.

The Central Staff Events Committee invited Smokin Monkee BBQ to Central today to help celebrate the end of the school year as well as spend one last time with those leaving Central!
Anxious customers were lined up before they even opened! If you have not had the opportunity to give it a try already, make sure to the next chance you get! You will not be disappointed!
Thanks to all those that worked to make this happen!!!

Every year, two 5th grade students are chosen by school staff for the Merit Award. This is an award for students who exhibit outstanding qualities in and out of the classroom and is not based on academic performance.
This year's winners are Cade Zittergruen and Samuel Belser. Among the many comments made by staff about these two young men, here are a few quotes to describe Cade and Samuel, and why they deserve this award:
Samuel exemplifies great character to his fellow classmates and to all staff as well. His kind heart and contagious smile are infectious to everyone he comes in contact with. He always makes sure to include everyone, making sure no one feels excluded both in and out of the classroom. Samuel is someone who embodies what it means to treat every person you meet with dignity and respect. He doesn't tear people down, but rather lifts them up. He is the type of student that every kid in the class wants to work with during partner activities.
Cade's fun and can do attitude have never gone unnoticed. He gives each new challenge with a smile and shows the willingness to try with a positive attitude. Cade has always been a kind friend to his peers and has always been very respectful to teachers. He is someone who gives his best effort whether it's a math problem, a story he is writing, or a game at recess. I always enjoy watching Cade at recess throwing a ball around with his buddies, genuinely having fun.
Please help us congratulate Cade and Samuel!

Today we celebrated the career of Pat Klingman! She is retiring after 35 and a half years at Central. The elementary students and staff presented her a very special Worthy Warrior and she was presented with a retirement bell. Please help us congratulate Pat on an amazing career!
